How does a surprise link work?
You build a personalized surprise page on the Create a Surprise page — photos, a message, music, a video — and SurpriseLink generates a unique link and QR code for it. Anyone with the link can open your surprise page.
Do I need an account to create a surprise link?
Yes, a free account — you can create up to 2 Surprise Links at no cost. Upgrade to Standard or Premium for unlimited links and more features.
Can I protect my surprise link with a password?
Yes, password protection is available on Premium surprise links, along with custom URL slugs.
How do I share my surprise link?
Copy the generated link directly, or share the automatically generated QR code — via WhatsApp, email, text, or by letting someone scan it in person.
Does a surprise link expire?
Only if you set an expiry date when creating it. Otherwise, your surprise link stays active.
What file types can I upload?
Photos (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), video (MP4, WebM, MOV) or a YouTube link, and background music (MP3, WAV, OGG).
